Deposits

• We reserve the right to apply deposit limits and deposit fees at any given time.
• You agree that funds can only be allocated to your trading account after the payment has been reflected in our bank account.
• The account holder should under no circumstance make use of any other account to make payments besides their own.
• The minimum Deposit is R100 or equivalent to your base currency.
• Any amount below the minimum deposit will not be credited to your trading account until the minimum requirement is fulfilled.

Refunds and Withdrawal

• The company reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and withdrawal fees in our system at any given time.
• Before processing a withdrawal request, please ensure your FICA documents are up to date.
• All our withdrawals are processed via Electronic Funds Transfer. It is your responsibility to ensure you upload the correct banking information when submitting a withdrawal request, as we would not be held liable for any errors occurring.
• The company can only process a withdrawal to a bank account that matches the account holder. We reserve the right to decline your withdrawal request should the above requirement not be met.
• Withdrawal requests are accepted and approved by our finance department in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Should you not meet all the terms and conditions set, we reserve the right to decline your withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are processed up to 48 working hours, however this does not include unforeseen circumstances related to possible system technical errors.
• You can only process one withdrawal request at a time, we reserve the right to delete duplicate withdrawal requests detected on our systems.
• Should we find fraudulent activity within your trading accounts, we reserve the right to deactivate them with immediate effect. The relevant department will therefore continue further with internal investigations and feedback will be provided.
• If your trading account has been terminated you are no longer eligible to register new accounts. Should you register again with new or different credentials further legal action will be taken.
