• Our 100% deposit bonus is available and FBK MARKETS has the right to amend, alter or terminate the deposit bonus at any given time without an official notice.
• FBK Markets will not be liable for any stop-out or other consequences that may result in bonus cancellations or removal, even in the event of active trades.
• A client is not allowed to use the deposit bonus without a positive balance in their trading account, should we detect any abuse of the bonus usage, FBK Markets reserves the right to remove and ban the client from receiving any bonuses.
• You are not allowed to use expert advisors (EAs) or any form of trading robots, should we suspect any robot usage we will terminate the bonus with immediate effect.
• Any decision taken by FBK markets is final.  
• The deposit bonus cannot be transferred from one account to another.
• Margin call/Stop out will not be based on your deposit bonus but only your balance.
• When you transfer your balance to a different account, you forfeit your bonus.
• Bonus is automatically forfeited upon any withdrawal made.

• Ensure you do not have any running trades which rely on the bonus when trading on the 1st April 2022 because the bonus will automatically get forfeited and FBK Markets will not be held accountable to any possible losses for the open trades.
